Tonight I had the pleasure of attending the Red Bull Sound Clash featuring a musical battle between Atlanta’s own Ludacris and Utah’s Neon Trees.

The event took place at the massive Georgia World Congress center and after an unexpected rain fall, it turned out to be a fantastic event. Host Cha- Cha Jones hyped the crowd while the world famous DJ Mick Boogie set the alley oop for each performers slam dunk. Red Bull, Papa John’s Pizza, Creative Loafing, Hot 107.9 and more were a few of the vendors for this Labor Day Weekend finale in the A. It was a well executed event. Neon Trees rocked it out in a surprising fashion. Many people were there specifically for the hometown hero Ludacris but when the battle began, Neon Trees gained some new fans for life! In the end, Ludacris pulled out all the tricks from his magic ATL hat when he added a stripper pole to his last set and brought out the most amazing strippers ever! In his ATL fashion, he shut it down and folks went crazy for it.  In the past Sound Clash has blessed cities with Snoop Dogg, in South Padre Island and Cee-Lo in Vegas, just to name a few. Make sure you catch the next Red Bull Sound Clash when it hits your city.

This event was super dope, we give it 5 ♥♥♥♥♥ because we LOVED it! #WordofMouthApproved!
